Off the Beaten Path Safari

Off the Beaten Path Safari is an 8-day private safari for those who dare to wander deeper into Tanzania. The itinerary moves through places where few tourists tread: the otherworldly landscapes of Lake Natron, tucked beneath an active volcano. The remote northern Serengeti, where solitary predators hunt away from the crowds. Mkomazi National Park, a rarely visited gem famous for its rhino sanctuary and wild dog populations.

Your guide knows these destinations because they grew up near them. Filly and Yusuph navigate volcanic terrain at Lake Natron, find secret valleys in the northern Serengeti that most guides don't know exist, and track rhinos and wild dogs in Mkomazi's acacia woodlands. This is not a route you'll find on a competitor's website.

This is Tanzania's wild frontiers. Untouched landscapes, authentic encounters, and thrilling wildlife, with maximum immersion into Tanzania's wildest places.

Pricing Note

Prices start from $5,500 per person and vary based on group size, accommodation tier, and travel dates. We'll give you an exact figure once we know your specifics. No hidden fees — the number in your proposal is the number you pay.
