For Allen, a safari isn't about ticking boxes; it's about connection to nature, culture, and the moments that stay with you long after you return home.

Born and raised in Tanzania, Sarina has a deep connection to the country and its natural beauty. She truly enjoys bringing trips together from start to finish, taking pride in carefully organizing every detail and working closely with partners and her team to ensure each journey runs smoothly. For her, it's about creating a seamless experience so guests can relax and fully enjoy their time in Tanzania without worry.

Having spent her childhood in Mbeya before moving to Arusha in 2002, Tomaida has developed a deep appreciation for Tanzania's landscapes, wildlife, and people. With 14 years of professional experience, including four years in tourism, she works behind the scenes to ensure every safari runs smoothly, coordinating the details that help create seamless and memorable journeys. Her favorite destination is the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where stunning scenery and abundant wildlife come together in one unforgettable place.

Originally from Burundi and now based in Tanzania, Ange is passionate about creating meaningful and authentic travel experiences for French-speaking travelers. She works closely with guests to design tailor-made journeys that reflect their interests, expectations, and travel style, from first safaris to honeymoons and family adventures. Known for her warm personality, patience, and attention to detail, she ensures every traveler feels supported from their first inquiry until they return home with unforgettable memories.

Originally from Arusha, the heart of Tanzania's safari circuit, Jesca brings over three years of tourism experience to her role as Trip Coordinator. She truly enjoys connecting with travelers and sharing the beauty of her country, especially its rich culture and diverse destinations. Her warm personality and attention to detail make guests feel welcomed and well taken care of — like they already have a friend in Tanzania before they even arrive.

Born in Dar es Salaam, Fredy brings a calm and dependable approach to the WildReality Safari team. He works carefully behind the scenes to ensure all financial matters are handled efficiently, helping create smooth and stress-free journeys for every client. When he's not crunching numbers, you'll find him unwinding on the beautiful beaches of Zanzibar, one of his favorite places in Tanzania.

Originally from Turkiye, Aysegul has spent the last several years living and working in Africa, and Tanzania has become a place she proudly calls home. As French Travel Consultant Lead, she works closely with French-speaking travelers to design journeys that feel personal, seamless, and memorable, whether a first safari, a honeymoon, or a summit of Kilimanjaro. One of her most treasured experiences is reaching the top of Kilimanjaro, a reminder that the most rewarding journeys are the ones that challenge and change us.
