Policies & Compliance
Booking Policy
- All proposed accommodation and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Availability can only be confirmed once the final itinerary has been agreed and a deposit has been received.
- If any of the proposed lodges or camps are unavailable at the time of booking, WildReality Safari will provide the best possible alternative of similar standard for your approval prior to confirmation.
- Tour packages are considered confirmed upon receipt of 20% deposit of the total booking value.
- An invoice together with a secure payment link will be sent in a separate email once the itinerary is finalized.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Failure to make payment within the agreed timelines may result in the release of reserved services.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 121 days before the trip, fully refundable.
- From 120 days up to 91 days prior to departure.
- Up to 10% of the total number of travelers may cancel without penalty. Any cancellation above that incurs a 10% penalty.
- Between 90 and 31 days prior to departure):
- An additional 10% of travelers may cancel without penalty (for a cumulative total of 20% without penalty up to 31 days before departure). Any cancellations above that incur a 25% penalty.
- 30 days or less prior to departure:
- No cancellations permitted without penalty. Any cancellations within this period will be subject to full charges.
WildReality Safari will work in good faith to minimize penalties where possible.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed according to the cancellation terms outlined above.
- Refunds will be made using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
- Bank charges, transaction fees, or third-party supplier penalties may be deducted where applicable.
- Refund processing timelines may vary depending on financial institutions but typically take 7–21 business days after confirmation.
- No refunds will be issued for unused services once travel has commenced.
Participation Policy
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and participate in safari activities.
- Certain activities such as walking safaris, hiking, or cultural visits may require a moderate level of physical fitness.
- Clients must comply with park regulations, safety guidelines, and instructions from guides at all times.
- WildReality Safari reserves the right to adjust or decline participation in any activity if a traveler’s condition may pose a risk to themselves, other guests, or staff.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance where required
