Conquer Kilimanjaro (optional), track wildlife across Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and the Serengeti, and unwind on the spice-scented shores of Zanzibar and Pemba. Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport and transfer to a peaceful lodge overlooking the lush foothills of Mount Meru. Welcome drinks and safari briefing set the tone for the incredible journey ahead.

Day 2 – Canoeing + Cultural Warm-Up

Ease into Tanzania with a canoe trip on Lake Duluti, followed by a visit to a local women’s enterprise or community center. Begin connecting with the rhythm of the land.

Day 3–9 – Optional Kilimanjaro Trek (Machame Route)

Choose to trek Kilimanjaro with an expert team across 7 days of hiking, summiting at 5,895m, or enjoy alternate cultural and nature activities in Arusha. Both groups reunite at the end to celebrate.

Day 10 – Safari Begins: Tarangire National Park

Depart for Tarangire, where baobab trees and elephants line the horizon. Begin game viewing immediately and settle into a cozy safari lodge that your group takes over entirely.

Day 11 – Tarangire Game Drives & Bush Experience

Day 12 – Journey to Ngorongoro Highlands

Stop at local craft markets or geological sites as you ascend into the green, cool highlands. Arrive at a hillside retreat for rest and garden-to-table dining.

Day 13 – Full-Day Ngorongoro Crater Safari

Day 14 – Into the Serengeti

Day 18 & 19 – Island Freedom

Day 20 – Journey to Pemba Island
